We can provide outlines of each course to give an idea of the basic training material, but please keep in mind that most courses are customized to meet the client’s needs.

• How much is a course?

The cost of the course depends on several factors; please request a quote, though, to discover the cost of your next training certification.

• Is custom training provided?

• Where does training occur?

In addition to on-site training, CSEM can utilize the facilities of a national partner. We also provide webinar services to our clients.

• How long is does certification last?

Certificates last anywhere from one year to three years depending on the industry standard, contractual requirements and the client’s desire to be a high performance organization.

• Who provides the training?

Frank Quarato, the founder of CSEM, provides all training. Frank has many certifications and years of experience in the safety training industry under his belt.

• How does individualized safety consulting work?

We develop relationships with organizations of all sizes and provide personalized direction to refresh their current safety training programs, to assist with safety compliance issues, or to help them meet newly-instated safety requirements. We are here to help you.

• What resources must we provide when a trainer is coming to our facility?

A room with a projector and preferably a white or light-colored wall. Extension cord, comfortable seating, restrooms  writing pads and pens.

• We just had an accident, how soon can training be provided?

Immediately unless otherwise booked, we can often provide training within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

• How is payment handled?

Most classes can be paid by credit card OR check by mail before the class is scheduled or provide the check at the time of the class.

• When will 24/7 On Demand be offered?

We are working hard to ensure that a user friendly, exceptional learning management system is utilized to offer quality content. As a result, we do not have a definitive date for the launch; however, we anticipate rapid development.
