There are several units of measurement used in different applications across a broad spectrum of work. In this course students will cover an array of measurements and their applications to the working environment. Differences between accuracy and tolerance as well as concepts of acceleration are discussed. The methods of measuring temperature, fluid flow, electricity motion and volume are covered as well as the tools used to make the measurements like scales, rules combination calipers and micrometers.
