Portable Power Tools

    
Power tool basics are universal skills training. The manner in which we handle power tools can mark us as a professional or as dangerous amateurs. The cost of running a shop is directly attached to the maintenance, respect and training an employee has in the use of a tool in reflection of their trade. Uses as well as, safety, selection and care of power tools, electric drills, hammers, pneumatic drills, hammers, and an assortment of nutrunners, screwdrivers  linear-motion and circular saws, wrenches, routers and planes, electric sanders, grinders and shears. Also covered in this course are basic skills for tool maintenance and care to include sharpening techniques for selected tools.
